Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding Pebble to your Discord server, using the bot, or accessing any related web dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service and remove Pebble from your servers.
2. Relationship with Discord
Pebble is an independent project and is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Discord Inc. Your use of the Service is also governed by Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. In the event of any conflict, Discord’s terms prevail for your use of the Discord platform.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are permitted to use Discord under Discord’s terms and are legally allowed to enter into these Terms in your country of residence.
4. Description of the Service
Pebble is a community-focused Discord bot that offers seasonal mini-games, daily rewards & drops, leaderboards, low-noise event interactions, and related tools, with configurable settings where available. Certain features may be accessible from a web dashboard if you have the necessary permissions.
The Service may evolve over time. Specific features, events, balance, or mini-games may change or be removed without notice.
5. Responsibilities of Users and Server Owners
When using Pebble, you agree that you will not:
- • Use the bot to violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- • Use the bot in servers or contexts that promote illegal, hateful, or otherwise harmful activities.
- • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
- • Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to access the underlying source code of the bot or associated systems, unless explicitly permitted.
Server owners and administrators specifically agree to:
- • Use Pebble responsibly and in compliance with Discord’s rules.
- • Ensure Pebble is not used for harassment, spam, or malicious activity.
- • Configure permissions responsibly (for example, event channels, role locks, and rate limits) so that Pebble behaves appropriately for their community.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
Pebble collects minimal data required for gameplay and functionality, primarily Discord IDs, configuration data, and interaction logs. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this data usage as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Subscriptions and Tiers
Pebble may offer different feature tiers (for example, Basic, Plus, and Pro), which may include paid subscriptions. Details about pricing, features, usage limits, and billing (if applicable) will be communicated separately, such as on the website or within the support Discord server.
- • Premium features are intended to enhance the experience, not introduce pay-to-win mechanics.
- • Billing, if offered, will be handled by trusted payment providers (for example, Stripe or Patreon).
- • Access to premium features may be revoked if payment is reversed, fraudulent, or disputed, or if abuse is detected.
If a subscription expires or is cancelled, access to premium features (such as certain dashboard tools or advanced analytics) may be reduced or disabled. Core free features may continue at the developer’s discretion.
8. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available and stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features, or to discontinue the Service entirely, at any time, with or without notice. When practical, major changes may be announced in the official support / community Discord server.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and remove Pebble from your servers.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms, abusing the Service, or creating risk for other users or the infrastructure.
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and ceasing to access any related dashboard or tools.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Contact
For questions, disputes, or support related to these Terms, you can contact the developer through the Pebble support / community Discord server or via the contact information provided there.
