Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all paid purchases made through Pebble’s official storefront and payment provider, Whop (whop.com/pebble-9c41), including server licenses (Plus, Pro, Creator bundles, lifetime entitlements) and player digital bundles (cosmetics, currency packs, tickets, and similar items).
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All sales are final. Pebble does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital goods or subscription licenses except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Our products are digital items delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. As soon as Whop reports a successful payment, Pebble automatically fulfills the purchase (for example, applying a server license, granting bundle contents, or activating subscription access). Because delivery is immediate and cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, we do not provide voluntary refunds for:
- • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- • Accidental purchases (including buying for the wrong Discord server if the correct Server ID was not supplied at checkout)
- • Unused or partially used subscription time
- • Dissatisfaction with gameplay balance, cosmetic appearance, or feature availability
- • Server bans, Discord account loss, or removal of Pebble from a community initiated by you or your moderators
3. Whop-Managed Subscriptions
Plus Subscriptions and Pro Plans are sold as Whop Plans and managed entirely through your Whop account (billing, renewal, and cancellation). Each license is tied to a Discord Server ID supplied at checkout. Cancelling in Whop stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for time already paid or for benefits already delivered. Access typically continues until the end of the current Whop billing period, then premium features may be disabled as described in our Terms.
If Whop issues a subscription refund, payment reversal, or chargeback, Pebble’s backend balance-checking engine is notified and may instantly revoke the affected server license, Plus/Pro tier perks, Creator Pro Credits, and any in-game items or virtual currency granted from that subscription or related bundles—without waiting for the billing period to end.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we may suspend or revoke the associated license, bundle, or virtual items, and restrict future purchases linked to the disputed account. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to Whop and, where appropriate, to relevant platforms.
5. Revocation (Refunds, Reversals, and Enforcement)
Pebble may revoke digital items, virtual currency, Pro Credits, or license access when Whop reports a refund, reversal, or dispute, or when we determine that you violated our Terms of Service, exploited bugs or cheats, or engaged in abuse or fraud. Revocation is automated where possible through our backend economy engine and may occur without a separate refund from Pebble. See Section 5 of the Terms for details on virtual assets and enforcement.
6. Incorrect or Failed Delivery
If payment succeeded but Pebble did not deliver your purchase (for example, a license did not apply to the intended server within a reasonable time), contact us through the Pebble support Discord with your Whop receipt, Discord User ID, and Discord Server ID. We will investigate and, at our discretion, correct delivery or offer a one-time remedy. This section does not create a general right to refunds.
7. Whop as Payment Processor
Payment processing is performed by Whop. Questions about receipts, payment methods, or Whop account settings should be directed to Whop support where applicable. Pebble cannot override Whop’s processor-level decisions except as described above.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued purchases after changes are posted constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
